Call or e-mail to confirm reservation. Upon confirmation 1/2 payment is due within 10 days by check or money order. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. 3 nights or less there is a cleaning fee of $60.

Cancellation must be in writing or e-mail. Deposits and payments are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if made 60 days prior to your planned arrival. Notification of less than 60 days will result in forfeiture of payment unless we can rebook with another party for the same period.
